Coaching intown soccer is not as difficult as you may imagine. You follow the basic simple steps of organization.

1. Keep your practices at the same time and the same place all year and have a rain out alternative.

2. Pre-program your cell phone to send text messages to the team like "practice cancelled" for rain, or "reminder, practice at 5:30 today."

3. Send reminder emails the same time every week so parents can expect your emails.

4. Most importantly, teach the players the skills they need to enjoy the game and put winning and losing behind you. "Improve the player and they will enjoy the game" is our entire soccer organization's goal.

5. Follow the example and age appropriate practice plans we will provide you - you do not have to be a former player or even an athlete - what you need to do is make sure that for and hour or two each week you follow a player development plan - your season will be a great success.
